INSTRUCTIONS
All presenters are expected to be available at their
posters to present their work during their assigned
poster session.
The poster presentation scheduled is listed in the main
conference program. Please note that there are two
poster sessions this year.
Poster Hanging
All posters should be displayed on the poster boards
starting Friday, May 10 at 12:00 PM.
Poster Presentation
Poster Session 1
(
even numbered posters)
Saturday May 11 (10:30 AM - 11:45 AM)
Poster Session 2
(
odd numbered posters)
Sunday May 12 (9:45 AM -11:00 AM)
Poster Removal
All posters should be removed at 11:00 AM on Sunday,
May 12. Any remaining posters may be discarded.
Poster Dimensions
Please note that poster boards are 36 inches wide and
48
inches high. Boards are felt surfaced so posters
must be hung with push-pin (provided by conference).
