SESSION CHAIRS
Please arrive at the meeting room 15 minutes prior to
the start of your session to allow time for setup and to
check in with your speakers. Please see the session
chair instructions given to you when you checked in.
Copies are available at the Registration desk.
SPEAKER READY ROOM
The speaker ready room will be available to all oral
presenters to both preview and edit your presentations
if necessary. The speaker ready room is located in the
Grand Ballroom Foyer.
REGISTRATION DESK HOURS
Name badges and final programs will be distributed at
the Registration Desk. The Registration Desk is located
in the Lower Level Foyer and will be open during the
following hours:
Thursday • 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday • 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday • 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
