Mindray's latest automated hematology analyzer, BC-6800,
utilizes 3 dimensional SF Cube technology to classify blood cells.
The 3 dimensional SF Cube is created by incorporating signals of
forward & side scatter of laser light (S) & fluorescence (F) which is
proportional to DNA/RNA content of blood cells to provide 3-D
analysis (Cube) with more reliable results and higher flagging
efficiency during blood cell analysis. Most importantly, with the
rotation of cube, BC-6800 has the potential to also unravel newer
information on possible abnormality in blood ce lls.
