Te Nice Acropolis Convention Center is an excellent facility with meeting rooms, exhibition
areas, and posters all in close proximity to one another. Te exhibition hall will host all cofee
breaks, the opening reception, and poster sessions.
BOOTH INFORMATION
All booths may be purchased as modular 270 m
2
modular stands and include foor carpet,
melamine wood panels, one double-sided fag sign, electric power connection with 1KW 220v
mono and PC 10/16A, 3 lights of 75W.
You may also choose to build a custom booth.
Note: A maximum of six booths will be sold to any single company unless space
is available afer the application deadline of March 1, 2012. Space is limited, so be sure to
complete and return your application immediately.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING
Deliveries will be accepted at the center beginning Friday, May 18. Installation hours are
Sunday, May 20th from 10:00 – 18:00 and Monday May 21st from 08:00 - 12:00. A labor crew
will be available during the time of installation in accordance with advance orders. Exhibitors
are urged to order all services required in advance. Installation must be completed in time for
the ofcial opening. Dismantling hours are Wednesday, May 23 from 14:00 – 20:00. Please note:
No packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until the
ofcial closing time.
